Twin Cabins: Knox Farm State Park

Drew Jensen

A pair of twin cabins (actually one building) standing quietly on the grounds of Knox Farm State Park. Time has softened their façades, with weathered paint and worn surfaces bearing the marks of long use and changing seasons. Set within open fields and resting in tall grass, the building feels anchored to the land, shaped as much by environment as by human hands. There is no spectacle here, only presence. This structure holds the memory of work, shelter, and daily life, offering a quiet invitation to slow down and consider what remains when function and simplicity are allowed to endure.
